Railway Modellers – Theme Calendar 2023
Each running open Sunday has a specific theme to the locomotives and the trains.
The themes for 2023 are as follows:
| 29th January | Free Running Day (anything goes) |
| 26th February | Pre 1923 design locomotives (including The Rocket) |
| 26th March | The Big Four Locomotives (LNER, LMS, GWR and SR) |
| 30th April | BR Steam Locomotives (early and Late crest) |
| 28th May | — CLOSED |
| 25th June | BR Green and Blue Diesels |
| 30th July | Thomas and various Friends |
| 27th August | — CLOSED |
| Saturday 23rd September | EWRM Model Railway Show – Modern Image |
| Sunday 24th September | Small Locomotives (less than 8 wheels) |
| 29th October | Diesel Locomotives (1980’s to present day) |
| 26th November | Free Running Day (anything goes) |
| 31st December | — CLOSED |

Monday 13th February – Paul Griffin will be giving a talk ‘Historic Cars -When is the history not the whole story?’
Saturday 25th February – Big Rock’n’Roll Party 7.30pm with DJ ‘Big Paul’ Tickets £10 on the door or from Eventbrite online. Tell your friends. It is a fundraiser for the Museum.
